A new approach is needed to reverse the ill-health trend in working life and to truly create sustainability. With that conviction, Preactly was founded by Jeanette, Greger, Niklas and Jonas. There is already a lot of knowledge about what makes us feel good at work and be productive, but we need to use it differently to reverse the trend and create sustainable work situations.

We have studied a large amount of research in our field and spent a lot of time on how the knowledge can be packaged in a different way than traditional employee surveys and information materials, to create more benefit. Based on that, the model was built in Preactly.

We have user experience and value creation for both organizations and individual users as given starting points.
