Sustainable Employees
A new approach is needed to reverse the ill-health trend in working life and to truly create sustainability. With that conviction, Preactly was founded by Jeanette, Greger, Niklas and Jonas. There is already a lot of knowledge about what makes us feel good at work and be productive, but we need to use it differently to reverse the trend and create sustainable work situations.
Focus on what creates value
We have studied a large amount of research in our field and spent a lot of time on how the knowledge can be packaged in a different way than traditional employee surveys and information materials, to create more benefit. Based on that, the model was built in Preactly.

Team Preactly
In the customer relationship, you meet Ulrica, Maria or Jeanette initially. They will help you package the solution that best suits your organization. Mikael, Niklas and Greger do much of our development around the digital tools. Jonas assists with business development and support.
Together, we have the knowledge and experience of developing concepts and realizing them in user-friendly solutions. We have user experience and value creation for both organizations and individual users as given starting points. We build stable digital solutions where integrity and information security are also central.
Our team is also complemented by various top competencies. Felicia who is an expert in public health, diet and exercise. Linda who is a behavioral scientist and coach in working life and Elin W who has solid experience in HR and work environment issues.
